Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

This April, we are giving away two tickets to the sold out Spirit of Speyside Whisky Awards. 

The prize draw will run from 11am Friday 25th April 2025 until 5pm on Wednesday 30th April 2025.

 

Terms and Conditions

  1. This prize draw is open to residents of the UK aged 16 and over.

  2. The prize draw is not open to employees or agencies connected with Stagecoach or their direct family members.

  3. Entrants into the prize draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions, which can be changed at any time without notice. 

  4. To enter the prize draw, you must complete and submit the online Whisky Awards competition entry form.

  5. No bus ticket purchase is necessary to enter. If you have any questions about how to enter or otherwise in connection with the prize draw, then please contact Stagecoach here. 

  6. Only one entry per person is permitted. An entrant found to have made multiple entries may be disqualified.

  7. By submitting an entry to the prize draw, you give Stagecoach the right to use your name for the sole purpose of identifying you as the author of your entry and/or as a winner of the prize draw. 

  8. Stagecoach accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by Stagecoach.

  9. The prize draw opens at 11am Friday 25th April 2025 and closes at 5pm on Wednesday 30th April 2025. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered. 

  10. The winner will be chosen at random. The prize is two tickets to the Whisky Awards at the Aberlour Hotel.

  11. The winner will be picked and notified via email and given details of how their prize will be issued. If a winner does not respond to Stagecoach within 24 hours of being notified of their win, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Stagecoach can select another winner in accordance with the process described above if they wish. If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these terms, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Stagecoach shall be entitled to select another winner if they wish in accordance with the process described above.

  12. The tickets to the Whisky Awards will be issued within 24 hours of the winner claiming their prize. All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for or any other prize.
