Tickets:

You will probably want to try the service before you commit to a longer term ticket. We know that everyone is different and you may be looking for greater flexibility to travel when you want to or for the lowest price ticket.

The most flexible way to give the bus a go is to buy an Oxfordshire dayrider Gold ticket from the driver on your first trip – this can be used on the H5, S5, 14 and 700 services giving you the choice to travel at a time to suit your needs. These are currently available for £8.20 (prices correct as at 16/10/20) from the driver. Show it to the driver as you board the journey on the day.

Single and return journey – buy from the driver on the first Stagecoach service H5, Tickets are currently from £4.40 single and £5.50 return between Bicester and John Radcliffe Hospital you can ask for a through ticket to the JR on the S5, 14 and 700 service(currently £6.70 single and £9.30 return). This ticket would be valid for split journeys (S5 and 14 or 700). It is not valid on the Oxford Bus Company X13.

Through tickets not available on the X5 service.

Our drivers accept cash but we do prefer contactless payment as it’s quicker and doesn’t involve handling cash.
