Set to bring you electrifying music, arts and entertainment in the heart of Oxford’s South Park. over the spring bank holiday, Common People is back for 2018.


The two-day family friendly fair will feature music from legendary disco kings The Jacksons, The New Power Generation, Morcheeba, Aswad and more on Saturday and James, Ride, special guests Sparks, Maximo Park, Craig Charles and many more on Sunday plus lots more music across five stages.

Don’t miss amazing attractions including the World’s Biggest Bouncy Castle and the World’s Largest Disco Ball, delicious food and amazing cocktails.

From London

Take the Oxford Tube,  a coach service which runs 24 hours a day between London and Oxford and offers comfortable on board facilities with Free WiFi, increased legroom, onboard toilet and air conditioning.

Get off at St Clements and South Park is just a short walk away. The bus stop back is located a bit further up the road from where you got off, or see our full list of stops in Oxford and London. The tickets are available

Facebook competition terms and conditions


  1. The promoter is: Stagecoach in Oxfordshire, whose registered office is at Horspath Road, Oxford, OX4 2RY.
  2. Employees of Stagecoach Bus Company or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the promotion or helping to set up the promotion shall not be permitted to get involved in the promotion.
  3. The prize includes a pair of weekend tickets to Common People Oxford and a Stagecoach Gold 12 trip ticket for free bus travel across Oxfordshire.
  4. No cash alternatives to the prize will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  5. Competition is open from Friday 4th May to midnight Wednesday 16th May 2018. Any entries after this time will not be considered.

  6. The post must include a 'tagged' Facebook friend of the entrant as outlined in the competition details and must be  submitted as a comment on the competition post.
  7. The winner will be chosen at random and contacted via Facebook on Thursday 17th May 2018.
  8. Winners name will be added to a guest list for ticket collection on site.
  9. ID will be required for collection.
