Are you travelling from Further away to John Radcliffe Hospital?

Why not use one of Oxford's excellent Park and Ride sites.

Stagecoach has been working closely with the team at Oxford University Hospital Trust to introduce more direct journeys to the JR Hospital to provide you with more choice for your journey from home to work.

Stagecoach route 700 serves Oxford Parkway  park and ride and the 800  departs from Thornhill, both  to the JR hospital  main entrance.

 

Monday to Friday direct departures on the  700  are up to every 30 minutes, with higher frequency during peak time.

Tickets:

You will probably want to try the service before you commit to a longer term ticket. We know that everyone is different and you may be looking for greater flexibility to travel when you want to or for the lowest price ticket.

We have a competitive range of tickets available with single journeys starting at £2.00 and return journeys from £3.00 The most flexible way to give the bus a go is to buy an Oxford Smart Zone 24hr day ticket from the driver on your first trip – this can be used on any bus services within the Oxford Smart Zone giving you the choice to travel at a time to suit your needs. These are currently available for £4.30 (prices correct as at 16/10/20) from the driver. Show it to the driver as you board the journey on the day.

 

More savings with longer term tickets:

For longer term tickets Stagecoach and Oxford University Trust have joined together to offer discounts on bus travel available for NHS staff.

Flexible tickets for Stagecoach and Oxford Bus Company between Thornhill Park and Ride, Oxford Parkway and John Radcliffe Hospital ( 700 and 800 services ) and for use on other services in the Oxford SmartZone.
