What is rate my ride?
Rate my ride is a new customer feedback survey. It’s just a few simple questions asking you to rate the bus service you are travelling on. The questions are:
- Which area are you travelling in today?
- How would you rate the cleanliness of the bus you are travelling on today?
- How would you rate the friendliness of the driver on the bus you are travelling on today?
- How would you rate the reliability of the bus service you have travelled on today?
Each question invites you to give a rating out of five stars, and there is an optional question to enter the prize draw.
