Coronavirus Update Close

In line with the latest government guidance, we've put in place further measures in England to help customers practice social distancing. This includes limiting the available seats on buses.

Face coverings are compulsory when using public transport in England and Scotland. In Wales it is compulsory to wear a three layer face covering on public transport. It is also now compulsory to wear face coverings when using indoor public transport hubs in England only.

The safety of our customers and employees is our priority, so please avoid busy times, use contactless payment and take your litter with you. For up to date information see our Coronavirus page

Stagecoach Under 16 ID Card

Our free Stagecoach under 16 ID card could save you money if you’re at school in the South East.  It guarantees that you can travel at our discounted child fares, instead of the full adult prices.

The cards last until August 31st following your 16th birthday, which means you can use them right to the end of year 11.

When you’ll need a Stagecoach U16 ID card

If you’re 16 or under, a Stagecoach U16 ID card will help you prove your age to our drivers if you:

  • are out of school uniform
  • are between 14 and 16
  • look older than you really are

How to apply

To apply for a free card, simply download and complete our U16 ID card application form and post it back to us with a passport size photo.
