Coronavirus Update Close

In line with the latest government guidance, we've put in place further measures in England to help customers practice social distancing. This includes limiting the available seats on buses.

Face coverings are compulsory when using public transport in England and Scotland. In Wales from the 27 July it will be compulsory to wear a three layer face covering on public transport.

The safety of our customers and employees is our priority, so please avoid busy times, use contactless payment and take your litter with you. For up to date information see our Coronavirus page

Exact fare only across South Wales

Paying by cash?

Our priority is to protect the safety of our customers and our own employees. From Monday 4th May, we will only be accepting   exact fares. From this date, we will be unable to give you change and we will be donating any leftover change, where customers have paid more than the exact fare, to the NHS Covid-19 appeal, a charity supporting NHS staff and volunteers.

We strongly encourage contactless payments or you can buy mobile tickets on our app, to keep our staff and customers a little safer. Details are below
