Stagecoach South West is recruiting for two seasonal customer service representatives, based at Bristol Airport, to assist our passengers and be first class ambassadors for our flagship service, the South West Falcon.
We’re looking for people who are friendly and approachable; natural communicators who are passionate about providing great customer service and are happy to work on their own initiative. They must also be good at engaging with their colleagues and quick to learn the nuts and bolts of how the Falcon service operates.
In order to best assist airport customers, a second language would be desirable, as would local knowledge of the area. They would also be expected to engage with other organisations at the airport to provide a seamless service to our customers,always going the extra mile where needed. This is a great experience for anyone keen to explore the transport industry, customer service and retail; perhaps even being considered for our Graduate Management Scheme.
In return, we offer a competitive rate of pay at £8 per hour, holidays and a guaranteed number of hours of work a week plus, of course, unlimited free travel on the South West Falcon.
Hours of work will be between 9:45am and 6:45pm, 4 days on/4 days off. The contract will run from early June and continue until September; however we are flexible regarding start and end dates. This makes for an ideal summer job for a University student or similar; however if you’re right for the job, you never know what else may be possible.
