Can I make a reservation for Falcon?

What if I miss my coach?

The service runs up to every hour, 24/7, so there is never a last journey however timetables may vary on Bank Holidays and over Christmas and New Year.

If you have made a reservation with www.megabus.com, the fare is determined by when you book, so you will be expected to travel on the journey specified. If you wish to travel at a different time, you will need to pay the appropriate walk-up fare in full unless for some reason your booked journey is delayed in which case you will be carried at the nearest possible time.

If your flight into Bristol Airport has been delayed, and there is space on the following departure, the driver will allow you to travel on cash payment of the difference between the www.megabus.com fare paid and the normal walk-up fare to your destination.

Single tickets are valid on the day of purchase for one through journey.

Return tickets are valid for up to 28 days.

The maximum size of a single bag is 200cm (width + height + depth). Alternatively, you may take two or three bags so long as they do not occupy more space than a single bag of these dimensions or exceed the maximum weight limit of 20kg once combined.

You can also take a piece of small hand luggage on board with you and it must fit either on your lap or under the seat in front of you. Please be advised that anyone travelling with more than their luggage allowance may have items refused at busy times.

Subject to available space, we can also carry bicycles, surfboards and golf clubs. All items must be appropriately secured and are carried at the owner’s risk.

If we are able to carry these items on any journey, it does not mean that we will be able to carry it on your subsequent journeys. For your safety and the security of your items, only the driver is allowed to stow items in the luggage hold.
