Your 13 connects Basingstoke, Hook, Alton, Kingsley and Bordon every hour Monday to Saturday, and every 2 hours on a Sunday.

What do I do when I board the bus?

Simply hop on board and tell the driver where you're headed, they will then issue you a paper ticket for your journey at no cost!

I'm a concessionary pass holder, what do I need to do?

If you're a concessionary pass holder, you'll just need to scan your pass as normal when you board.

What dates are the buses free?

Buses on the 13 will be free on the following dates:

• Sunday 8th June
• Sunday 15th June
• Sunday 22nd June
• Sunday 29th June

Will any of the other buses be free?

No, only buses on service 13 will be free. 

What happens if I've already bought a ticket? 

You won't need to buy a ticket to travel on the dates above, if you have already bought a ticket, do not activate it, we will not be issuing any refunds for tickets activated and used on any of the free travel days.
