Up to four children under 5 years old can travel for free when accompanied by a responsible, fare-paying passenger.

What happens if I don't have my ticket or pass? 

If you don't show your ticket or pass when we ask, we may issue a penalty charge.

What happens if I lose my ticket? 

Lost paper tickets purchased through our website should be reported to our Stagecoach helpdesk on 0871 8340010.

Lost StagecoachSmart cards can be reported to our Stagecoach Smart helpline on 0141 352 4462.
