Route 17 bringing the city to your doorstep - now up to every 30 minutes!*

We're making exciting changes to Service 17 this September!

So what have we changed? Better frequency, more late evening journeys and a new Sunday service!

We're proud to introduce a brand-new timetable for our popular route between Horsham, Henfield and Brighton. From 1^st September, buses will run every 30 minutes Monday to Saturday between Henfield and Brighton, continuing every hour to Horsham. We'll be running on Sundays too, every hour through the daytime. We've had lots of requests for later buses, and we're really pleased to confirm extra buses in the evening - with a last bus from Brighton to Henfield at 2200 Monday to Saturday.

We know we've struggled to stay on time recently, so we've added extra minutes to the timetable to give a more punctual and reliable service for customers throughout the route,

There are important changes for customers from Partridge Green. If you're travelling towards Brighton, buses will still run every hour Mondays to Saturdays. Some morning buses will still run direct to Horsham, but during the daytime a change of bus will be necessary in Henfield to travel northbound.

These changes are made in partnership with Brighton & Hove City Council and West Sussex County Council, using funding from the Government's Bus Service Improvement Plan. We look forward to welcoming new customers on board soon.
