We are taking part in a range of activities through-out the week to highlight the importance of delivering excellent customer service to all of our passengers.
During this week's morning and evening commutes, we will be boarding buses across the region and giving away chocolate! This is a special thank you to our customers for choosing to use our services.
Our Senior Managers and Directors will be job swapping to customer service roles. This will include driving, working in our travel shops and answering customer enquiries through Twitter. Keep visiting our Twitter (@Stagecoach_West) throughout the week to keep updated!
We want to encourage customers to nominate their favourite members of staff so that we can thank them personally for their commitment and dedication to providing great customer service.

The final event of the week is the Customer Service Awards. On Friday we will be spending the evening celebrating members of staff who have excelled in customer service! So however you contacted us to commend your favourite member of staff, you can rest assured that they will be thanked!
