Swindon & Wiltshire Service Changes

Changes to your buses from Sunday 4th August 2019:

S6 - Swindon - Faringdon - Oxford
We're introducing brand new journeys in the morning and evening on a Sunday   between Swindon and Oxford.   We've also made some slight changes to the timetable to improve our punctuality - particularly in the afternoons when traffic is worse.

10 - Freshbrook - Town  Centre - Kingsdown
We have made a number of changes to the  timetable. We've added more journeys in the morning peak time that extend from Freshbrook to the Link Centre and Windmill Hill.   Following customer feedback, we are introducing earlier afternoon buses into Windmill Hill for commuters. We've also added an extra evening journey from the Link Centre at 21:30.

49 - Swindon - Devizes - Trowbridge
We have made minor timetable changes to improve punctuality.  Journeys towards Swindon will no longer run via Fleming Way and Swindon Rail Station. Instead, the bus will run directly along Corporation Street to Swindon Bus Station.

51  - Swindon - Cricklade - Cirencester - Cheltenham
We've made changes to the timetable to improve our punctuality. In Cirencester, we will now be running a revised route via Chesterton, Cirencester College and Cirencester Hospital.  Journeys towards Swindon from Cirencester will now pick up from The Forum. Whilst journeys from Cirencester to Cheltenham will pick up from the stop at Bingham House.

Please also be aware that we are replacing the 51A service with a new 58 Town Service, which will connect Stratton, Bowling Green and the Beeches every hour.  Journeys to and from Cirencester Kingshill School will now run as 51 via Latton.

52 - Swindon - Cirencester
This service will no longer be stopping in Swindon and will instead run directly between Cirencester and Stroud.

On Saturdays, we're introducing a new earlier journey from Cricklade into Swindon at 06:18. We have also made some changes to the timetable to improve our punctuality, particularly during peak times.

54 - Swindon - Royal Wootton Bassett
We have made minor timetable changes to improve punctuality.

55 - Swindon - Royal Wootton Bassett  - Calne - Chippenham
We have made minor timetable changes to improve punctuality.

46/48  - Swindon - Marlborough & Hungerford
We're looking forward to welcoming you on board our new 46 & 48 to Marlborough and Hungerford via Aldbourne and Ramsbury from 29th July 2019. Our timetable will remain similar to the current timetable. Full details will be released shortly.

We have adjusted times to improve our punctuality and consistency throughout the day.   In Lechlade, journeys will now serve either St John Priory or Vennymore.   We have altered the route in Highworth, so that we will serve Grove Hill and St Michael's Avenue.

80 - Swindon - Marlborough - Ludgershall
Wiltshire Council has conducted a thorough review  and re-tender of this service, with changes now necessary to reflect declining customer numbers and the restricted budget available. Most daytime journeys will continue to run at new times, however there   are changes to early morning and later afternoon buses - please check carefully before you  travel. Sunday buses on this route will be operated by Swindon Bus Company from August, following a separate tender award of that service.

81/82 - Swindon - Thorney Park
We've made some minor timetable changes. The current 07:35 journey on the 82 service to Thorney Park will be replaced with a new 81 service. We have also introduced this new service to make up for the withdrawn service on the 80.
