Coronavirus Update Close

For the latest travel information for England, Wales and Scotland, see our Coronavirus page.

From Monday 17th May in England only, we’re safely and steadily making more seats available on local buses, when busy. For full details go to our travelling safely page.

Please continue to keep your distance, where possible and wear a face covering throughout your journey, unless you’re exempt.

Passenger Assistance Cards may be helpful for our customers who have:

  • Limited Vision or hearing
  • Difficulties in communicating
  • Hidden disabilities
  • Educational needs
  • English is not your first language

We have both a colour and black and white option available.  Please select the option that suits you, print off your card and display this in your wallet alongside your travel pass or ticket.
