Stagecoach North Scotland is a safe, reliable, clean, punctual and comfortable bus service running through the North East and Highlands of Scotland.

Our services cover Aberdeen city and shire, Buchan, Moray, Inverness, Badenoch and Strathspey, Caithness, Easter Ross, Sutherland, Orkney and Skye.

We operate over 300 vehicles in the area, including the Inverness electric city bus network. Over 800 members of staff form our highly competent and professional team.

We Keep Our Communities Moving

We’re a diverse team of around 800 people, including 134 engineers. We have 137 vehicles in our Highland fleet and 169 in our Bluebird fleet. We make 14 million passenger journeys each year.

Committed To Net Zero

Public transport is going to play a huge role as our country moves towards net zero, and will help to shape how people in Scotland live their lives. We are committed to cutting-edge technology and environmental sustainability, and 19% of our North Scotland fleet are Electric Vehicles with plans to increase this number over the coming years.

    Supporting Charity

    We hold regular ‘burger days’ and raffles, at our Inverness Depot with all proceeds going to local charities such as Maggie’s Highland, Mikeysline, and SNAP. We also work closely with these charities supplying them with vehicles for events to help them keep costs down and sponsoring of events.

    Both Highland & Bluebird hold regular inter-Depot football and golf tournaments for staff.

    Our Moray Depot hold bowls tournaments and our Inverness Depot have a walking club who go out every Sunday and walk various parts of the Highlands.
