Assistant Engineering Manager in Grimsby

An Assistant Engineering Manager vacancy exists at our busy Grimsby depot, which currently operates a fleet of 70+ vehicles.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the successful applicant will need to ensure the Company’s high standards, productivity and presentation are maintained and ensuring fleet availability while staying within budget guidelines.

Applicants must have a thorough knowledge of the PCV/HGV industry, as well as possession of an appropriate engineering qualification, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

The ability to motivate and show strong leadership qualities to both skilled and unskilled staff is also essential. You will be required to deputise for the Engineering Manager. A competitive package is available to the right candidate.
