Can I pay for my bus fare with contactless and still receive a paper ticket?

Of course. You can pay for your bus fare using contactless and save the hassle of paying with cash.

Rest assured that your tickets will still be provided and will also act as your payment receipt. If your ticket is added to a StagecoachSmart card, you’ll get a separate payment receipt.

You can also take advantage of Pay As You Go in some areas. It's a new contactless way to pay for your travel with no ticket and no fuss. Find out more about Pay As You Go.
