Important update Close

It's no longer a legal requirement to wear a face covering on public transport in England, Scotland or Wales. We do encourage you to wear a face covering in crowded spaces, if you can. For the latest travelling safely information for England, Wales and Scotland, see our Coronavirus page

Can I take a pram on the bus?

If there's a designated pram space available, you can take your pram or small buggy on our low-floor buses. However priority will be given to customers in wheelchairs or those using mobility scooters.

If there isn't space, you'll need to fold down your buggy or pram. You also can't block the aisle with your pram or buggy. This is for the safety of all our customers, including you and your child.
