How do I stop receiving fares and service news?

If you don't want updates from us then you can choose to turn these off. Here's how:

On the app:

  1. Go to the hompeage menu
  2. Tap 'My account' or log in
  3. Turn the 'Please tell me about fares, services and other relevant news' switch from green to white                                                                                       

On the web:

  1. Log in or go to your account
  2. Click on 'About me' 
  3. Un-tick the box in the 'I would like to receive special offers and promotions' section
