How do I top up my StagecoachSmart card?

You can top up your StagecoachSmart card on our website. Are you buying the same ticket? Simply go to your account and click Buy Again. It'll save you time.

Buying a different ticket? Add the new ticket to your basket, then select your StagecoachSmart card when checking out. Do this before adding your payment details. Give us two days to activate your ticket for use.

You can also add tickets to your StagecoachSmart card on the bus. These include tickets up to seven days' long.

From 4th April 2025, Smartcards will no longer be sold on buses in Grimsby and from 27th April 2025 in Scotland. Buy before you board with the Stagecoach Bus App for a faster, easier journey!
