How long will my ticket stay active?

You can view your mobile ticket offline for up to eight hours after activating it. After this time you'll need internet to view and use your ticket again.

The validity of your ticket depends on period you've bought it for so it's best to check the Ts&Cs before you buy. Once you've activated your mobile ticket it will display a countdown timer so you'll know how long until it expires. 

If you bought your ticket via our website you can check it's start and end dates via your account or you can ask the driver for a card report on the bus.
