I live in halls of residence, how can I be sure that my ticket will get to me?

If you buy your student ticket on the app, it'll be stored safely on your phone and available instantly, so there’s no need to worry about getting your ticket sent to you. If you use a SmartCard, just to be safe, we recommend getting your StagecoachSmart student card delivered to your home address. Doing this before you move to halls will ensure it gets to you in time.

If this isn't possible, you can always get it delivered to your halls. Make sure to include all details of your address, so it's delivered to the right place. This includes building name, room number, floor number and full postal address.
