My app updated automatically and is now freezing or crashing. What should I do?

We're really sorry this is happening to you and understand this can be frustrating. But don't worry, there are few things you can do to ensure a smooth update:

  1. Force close the app
  2. Log out and back in again
  3. Make sure your iPhone software is version 11 or later and your Android version is 5.0 or later
