My location is wrong on the App on my Android app. How do I fix this?

We understand this can be annoying and we're here to help you fix it. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to the your Android home screen
  2.  Select Settings >Privacy/Connections
  3.  Tap Location and toggle the switch to off
  4. Restart (power off, power on) your Android Device
  5. Go to your Android Settings > Privacy/Connections
  6. Tap Location and toggle the switch on
