What do I do if I'm involved in an accident on one of your buses?

We take these matters seriously and want to help you as much as we can.

Claims against Stagecoach companies are dealt with by PSV Claims Bureau Ltd. You can contact them by:

  • Writing to: 10 Dunkeld Road, Perth, PH1 5TX
  • Calling: 01738 441717
  • Emailing: [email protected]

If you've been involved in an accident that was a Stagecoach driver's fault, you may be able to make a claim for the cost of repairing your vehicle.

If your vehicle's not driveable and the bus company's responsible for the incident, PSV Claims may be able to arrange a replacement vehicle for you while yours is being repaired.
