What information will I need to provide when I buy my ticket online?

On our website, you'll be asked for the following information:

  1. The Smartcard you want to register/replace/add your ticket to                                                                                                           
  2. Full name of the ticket holder
  3.  Full address
  4. Telephone number
  5.  Email address
  6. Credit/debit card information, including full details of the card holder

If you're buying a student ticket, you'll also need to let us know:

  • Where you're studying
  • Your student ID number
  • The length of your course
  • Your year of study

On the app, once you've logged into your account, you only need your payment method information including full details of the card holder."
