When is best to activate my mobile ticket?

We suggest you activate your ticket before getting on the bus. This will avoid any delays getting on.

You'll need an internet connection to activate your ticket. Try to do it a few minutes before your bus arrives or even before leaving your house. That way you won't have to worry about it when the bus arrives.
