When will my unused ticket expire?

You can check your mobile ticket's expiry date in the terms and conditions section of 'My Tickets' on the app. Or in your account if you bought on our website.

Usually, daily and weekly tickets expire three months after you buy them. Most Flexi tickets expire 12 months after you buy them. But it's always best to check each ticket's Ts&Cs to be sure.
