Why is my discount code not working?

There are a few reasons why your code may not be working. One reason is that codes are sometimes only valid on certain tickets, or on our app and not our website (or vice versa). The terms and conditions of each discount code may vary. It's best to give these a once-over after receiving your code.

The majority of codes will also have an expiration date. You can find this date in the terms and conditions. These will be included where you found the code, like an email or text. 

Another reason is that some codes will only work for specific customers. If you've received the code in an email from Stagecoach Bus, only you can use it. Make sure you're using the code with a Stagecoach account that's registered to the same email address that received it. We understand this can sometimes be frustrating but it really does help our services run smoothly.
