What do I do if I've lost something on a bus?

Before you contact us:

  • Perishable food (fresh produce, meat, fish, bakery goods or dairy) will be stored for a maximum of 48-hours, depending on condition and hygiene concerns. Specifically leaking food, spoiled goods, and anything posing health or safety risks may be destroyed immediately.
  • Credit and debit cards are securely destroyed – please cancel them with your bank.
  • Battery items such as single-use vapes, e-cigarettes, damaged electronic devices or items with leaking, swollen or overheating batteries are destroyed.
