If you're requesting a refund where you bought your Smartcard ticket via your university, college, school or employer, please email your local Stagecoach operating company with details of your ticket. Contact details for your local operating company can be found in our Help and Contact section.

If you bought your StagecoachSmart card ticket on our website and want to cancel you can do this via your account.
