Early years recruitment drive

Stagecoach Cumbria & North Lancashire has begun issuing a special custom made uniform for their growing team of future trainee drivers.

The baby grow has been specially designed as a gift for employees and their partners who have recently welcomed babies into the world and features a timetable of daily services including eat, sleep, burp, repeat.

Tom Waterhouse, Operations Director for Stagecoach Cumbria & North Lancashire discussed the idea “We’ve had a number of babies born into the Stagecoach family this year already; we wanted to do something a little different alongside the usual gift voucher at the start of their journey and thought it would be fitting to issue them with their very first Stagecoach uniform.”

There have been 11 Stagecoach babies born in 2019 so far, modelling the Stagecoach baby grow is baby Gracie Martin.
