People in Louth, Mablethorpe, Skegness and Boston are being encouraged to renew their concessionary bus passes and find out more about bus travel at a series of Concessionary Bus Pass Roadshows.
Stagecoach East Midlands will continue on their tour of the East Midlands to help people with the process of applying or renewing bus concessionary passes on Thursday 25 and Friday 26 April. Knowledgeable staff will be on hand to talk through eligibility and take people through the application forms, which must be completed for the pass to be issued.
The tour, which has already visited locations in Lincoln, was introduced this year to help those people who are not sure if they are eligible or may need help with the application process. Once the paperwork has been completed, customers will simply need a passport sized photograph before putting the application in the post.
Matt Cranwell, Managing Director of Stagecoach East Midlands said: ‘’We believe that bus travel should be easy and accessible for all. We are running Concessionary Bus Pass Roadshows on Thursday 25 and Friday 26 April so that people can find out more about how they can enjoy free bus travel around Lincolnshire. These events also offer a great opportunity for us to meet customers and take valuable feedback about our bus services.’’
