New money saving Dayrider Bundles in Lincoln - the ideal tickets for part-time bus users

Stagecoach East Midlands has introduced a new money-saving way of buying Lincoln Dayrider tickets for people who regularly use bus services but don’t travel every day. 

Packaged like mobile phone messaging and call products, the new Stagecoach ‘Dayrider Bundle’ offers over 15% discount on the usual price for people who buy five Lincoln Dayrider tickets together on the mobile app. Each of the Dayrider tickets can be used on any five separate dates, making them ideal for students, part time workers, and leisure travel.

“Over the last year we recognise that many people have changed the way they work and shop, which means the way they travel is different too. 

Although our Megarider tickets still offer the best price for our daily commuters, the new Lincoln Dayrider bundle rewards our loyal customers who travel with us frequently, but not every day, by offering over 15% off the total price.

Stagecoach launched the new ‘Dayrider Bundle’ with an event on Friday 1 February 2019 at The Cornhill. Staff were on hand to demonstrate the app and show people how to buy tickets through their smartphones.

The launch also featured a special performance from popular entertainment group, ‘Singing Surprise’, and visitors to the event had the chance to be entered into a prize draw to win a £200 shopping voucher.
