TAKE THE BUS FOR A WALK DURING THE LINCOLNSHIRE WOLDS WALKING FESTIVAL

The 2019 Lincolnshire Wolds Walking Festival gets underway on Saturday 18th May and runs until Sunday 2nd June.

It is one of the largest walking festivals in the UK and highlights the lovely countryside to be enjoyed in Lincolnshire.

Included in the 120 events this year are 7 bus walks using Stagecoach Interconnect bus services across the Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

These led walks follow public footpaths and quiet lanes - simply catch a bus there and back !

Tuesday 21st May : depart Lincoln at 0840, Market Rasen 0942, Caistor 0957 on the No.53 to Cabourne for a 7½ mile linear walk to Laceby.

Wednesday 22nd May : depart Lincoln 0900, Horncastle 0950 OR Skegness 1000, Burgh 1013 on the No.56 to Candlesby for a 4½ mile linear walk to Burgh-le-Marsh.

Wednesday 22nd May : depart Lincoln 1100, Horncastle 1150 OR Skegness 1300 on the No.56 to Burgh-le-Marsh for a 5 mile linear walk to Skegness.

Thursday 23rd May : depart Lincoln 0900, Horncastle 0950 OR Skegness 0900, Spilsby 0932 on the No.56 to Hagworthingham for a 7 mile linear walk to Horncastle.

Friday 24th May : depart Lincoln at 0840, Market Rasen 0942 OR Grimsby 0840, Caistor 0919 on the No.53 to Nettleton for a 7¾ mile linear walk to Market Rasen.

Wednesday 29rd May : depart Lincoln 0900, Horncastle 0950 OR Skegness 0900, Spilsby 0932 on the No.56 to Hagworthingham for a 6½ mile linear walk to Spilsby.

Saturday 1st June : depart Lincoln at 0840 OR Market Rasen 0935 on the No.53 to Faldingworth for a 7¼ mile linear walk to Market Rasen.
