Remembrance Day Buses

Every year we're proud to support the Royal British Legion and nationwide poppy campaigns in honour of Remembrance Day. 

 

Here are a few of our specially-liveried buses that you can see out and about.

South East

 

The Royal British Legion liveried bus is based at the Folkestone depot. It can be found on multiple routes in the Folkestone area, primarily on the number 16 route up to Canterbury. 

 

 

Merseyside & South Lancashire

 

 

Merseyside & South Lancashire's bus is based at the Preston depot, and will be available on a variety of routes in and around the Preston area. 

 

 

South Wales

 

 

Wales’ poppy bus is based at the Cwmbran depot, and will be available on various routes around the Cwmbran area. 

 

 

Cumbria & North Lancashire

 

 

This Royal British Legion liveried bus is based at the Carlisle depot, and you’ll be able to find it on various routes around the city. 

 

 

South

 

 

There are three poppy buses running in the South area! Two are based at Andover and Aldershot, which run through the garrison areas of Aldershot town and Tidworth. The third bus is based at the Portsmouth depot, where you’ll be able to spot it on the naval city network. 

Greater Manchester

 

Manchester’s poppy bus is based at the Sharston depot. It’ll be doing every route out of Sharston over the next few weeks, to give as many people as possible a chance to see it – so keep your eyes peeled!
