Pantomime season is back! Oh yes, it is!

It’s time to chuck on the big coat and head out to see your favourite telly star dressed up as a dame! We’ve got the roundup of the best pantos to see this Christmas! From Disney to fairy tales to a Will Ferrell classic!

Aladdin

Experience a magic carpet ride with cheap and cheerful travel!

Aladdin is all over the South East with four shows across Kent and East Sussex! With the Christmas trees lit and fairy lights dazzling the night sky, explore a whole new world by bus.

When is it and what bus should I get?

For Ashford’s showing, hop on the B bus, running every half an hour in evenings! Hop off at The Rose on Faversham Road for Ashford Pantomime.

Running from 19^th to 30^th December 2022.

Eastbourne’s depiction can be found in the town centre. Heading in from Hastings? Hop off the #99 at Memorial Roundabout for Devonshire Park Theatre.

Running from 9^th December 2022 to 15^th January 2023.

Head to Leas Cliff Hall in Folkestone for their instalment of the Disney tale. Hop off the #16 or #71 at Folkestone Bus Station for the show!

Running from 9^th to 31^st December 2022.

With buses running every 20 minutes, hop off the Triangle at Canterbury Road Corner for Kings Hall Theatre in Herne Bay.

Running for a limited time, 12th to 15th January. 

Cinderella

Bippity, boppoty, bus! The fairy godmother of pantomime is coming to Canterbury!

In the heart of Canterbury is the Malthouse Theatre showing their telling of Cinderella. Hop off the Triangle, #8 or Uni2 bus at Riverside.

Running from 15^th December 2022 to 2^nd January 2023.

Sleeping Beauty

With a stellar billed cast, don’t miss out on the pantomime dreams are made of with Sleeping Beauty! Featuring West End’s Carrie Hope Fletcher and Strictly winner, Ore Oduba.

Well connected to the rest of Kent, hop off at Canterbury Bus Station from Thanet’s #8, Folkestone’s #16, Whitstable & Herne Bay’s Triangle.

Running from 25^th November 2022 to 8^th January 2023.

Elf the Musical

For a limited time only, Elf the Musical is coming to Margate! Follow the story of Buddy, an elf who goes on a journey to New York to find his father. A 2000s classic from Will Ferrell, this is one for the whole family. Hop on the Thanet Loop, frequent and reliable! Running through Ramsgate, Broadstairs and Margate! Hop off at Cecil Square and make your way towards Dreamland.

Running from 7^th to 13^th December 2022.

Beauty & The Beast

A tale as old as time… Beauty and the Beast is coming to Hastings!

Make memories this Christmas with a show the whole family will love. Hop on the #99 if heading in from Bexhill or St Leonards, hopping off at Hastings Pier.
