Where to watch the World Cup in Kent and East Sussex

With just days to go until the World Cup, the anticipation is building as we hope to bring football home for a second time this year.

When are England playing?

England vs Iran – Monday 21st November, kick off at 4pm.

England vs USA – Friday 25th November, kick off at 7pm.

England vs Wales – Tuesday 29th November, kick off at 7pm.

Facing our friends from across the pond, the Three Lions are taking on team USA! Folkestone Harbour Arm is showing every England match this World Cup. Hop off the #71 or #16 at Folkestone Bus Station and make your way towards the harbour as we take on Iran, Wales and USA.

Ramsgate Boating Pool

Offering a viewing on the big screen with no pre-book required, head down to Ramsgate Boating Pool where you can watch the match at the bar or café where you are served by a pizza bar and an array of beers. Coming in from Broadstairs, Margate or Ramsgate? Hop off the Thanet Loop at Grange Road Roundabout and make your way towards the the seafront on the Westcliff.

Eastbourne's Duke of Devonshire

From the opening ceremony on 20th November to the final on the 18th December, The Duke of Devonshire Pub will be showing every single match. Join in for the big game action!

Students can check out the football fixtures at their student union bar, Woody’s. A huge indoor screen in the heart of the Kent uni campus, hop on the Uni1 bus and visit the SU bar which will be turned into the ultimate FanZone!
