Stagecoach Managing Director, Joel Mitchell donned an Easter Bunny costume to travel across East Sussex and Kent, on buses handing out Easter eggs to passengers and colleagues this week.
Boasting a bunny suit, wicker basket and with little helpers in tow, the bus boss Easter Bunny enjoyed a day out in the sunshine chatting with locals and even hopping onto Eastbourne’s Dotto Train.
The entourage appeared at a number of locations including Ashford, Canterbury, Dover, Eastbourne, Hastings, Rye, and Thanet.
The bus company’s social media had featured teasers for the event all week, showing the bunny at several hotspots across the region revealing where followers could find him.
Asked about the event, Joel Mitchell said, “It’s always exciting to get out and about, putting a smile on our passengers faces.
“Over the past two days, we’ve travelled to some stunning parts of our network and been able to spread some Easter fun along the way.
“I think it’s so important to find some time get amongst our customers and colleagues – putting people at the heart is so critical for us as a business at a particularly challenging time.
