A small correction to some single fares from Monday 16 February 2026

We'd like to let our customers know about a small correction we'll be making to some single fares from Monday 16 February.

When we updated fares back in September 2025, a mistake meant that a small number of single journeys were set lower than they should have been. Because of this, you may have been paying less than intended for certain routes over the past 4 months.

From 16 February, these fares will be corrected so that all prices are accurate and consistent across the network. This isn't a new pricing change - it's simply fixing that earlier mistake.

The table below shows the routes affected and what the corrected fares will be. To find the best value ticket for you, use our Journey Planner before you travel, or download our app to plan your journeys, track your bus and buy your tickets in advance. 

We apologise for any confusion this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
