Summer sizzlers with Stagecoach in South Wales
Stagecoach in South Wales has launched some new summer ticket offers just in time for the school summer break.
Child dayrider tickets have been reduced to £2 in the following zones: Aberdare, Caerphilly, Cardiff, Cardiff Plus, Cwmbran, Merthyr Tydfil, Merthyr Tydfil Plus and Pontypool. The Rhondda child dayrider is reduced to £3. Children aged between 5-15 years old can travel as much as they like for a day in their local areas.
The 2gether ticket is also available every day until 2nd September. This gives two adults travelling together, unlimited bus travel for a day across the whole Stagecoach Wales network* for only £10!
Marketing Manager Rosa Williams explained, “We’ve got lots of exciting things happening in our area over the next few months ranging from the summer long Cardiff Bay Beach Festival to the Big Cheese festival in Caerphilly and we want to encourage people to get out and about and enjoy as many of these great events as possible.
We know that the summer holidays can be expensive for families and that older kids are always looking for things to do, that’s why as well as introducing discounted travel, we’re also highlighting hidden treasures across South Wales that don’t break the bank. Local parks, beaches, museums and summer festivals that have been recommended by our customers are being featured on our website”.
