We wanted to let you know that we’ll be making some changes to three of our bus services in the Blackwater Valley from the New Year, with timetables on the 1, YoYo and Kite routes seeing a slightly reduced daytime frequency. In common with many industries we are experiencing staff shortages and these changes will mean we can continue to deliver your services as reliably as possible during the current very challenging conditions. There are no changes to any other bus services at this time and there won’t be any change to the routing or first & last buses on the 1, YoYo or Kite just a slightly reduced Monday to Friday daytime frequency as detailed below. .
Our Gold 1 service from Old Dean to Aldershot will run every 12 minutes
Our Kite service from Aldershot to Guildford will run every 20 minutes
Our YoYo service from Farnborough to the Prospect will be every 15 minutes
These changes will happen from Tuesday 4th January 2022
We want to reassure you that we’re doing everything we can to recruit & train more drivers and we’ve got plenty of applicants about to start or already in training and we’re confident this reduction in frequency will be temporary. We do hope that these changes to maintain reliability will not cause you too much inconvenience and we thank you for your understanding.
