Stagecoach South Brings Holiday Cheer with Leigh Park Santa Grotto Launch

Stagecoach South recently helped kick off the festive season by supporting the launch of the annual Leigh Park Santa Grotto. This cherished community event, which has been bringing holiday joy for the past 23 years, saw two of our Portsmouth drivers, Thomas and Frances Raistrick—a father-and-daughter duo—taking centre stage. Dressed as Santa Claus and one of his cheerful elves, they helped spread Christmas magic to attendees of all ages.

Organised and run entirely by dedicated local volunteers, the Leigh Park Santa Grotto has become a beloved tradition in the area. Stagecoach South was proud to play a role in this year's festivities, with Colin Ashcroft, our Portsmouth Depot Manager, and Dan Hardwood, attending to show their support for the Raistricks and their wonderful initiative.
