This weekend is your FINAL opportunity to take advantage of free bus travel across Portsmouth! As part of Catch the Bus Month, Portsmouth City Council, in partnership with First Solent and Stagecoach South, has been offering FREE bus rides every weekend throughout September 2024.

Don’t miss out—this is the last weekend to save money, leave the car behind, and explore Portsmouth with ease!

The offer applies to all buses starting within the Portsmouth boundary on Saturday and Sunday. Not only is it a cost-effective way to get around, but it's also an environmentally friendly choice, helping reduce emissions and traffic across the city.

With this being your last chance to ride for free, why not take the bus to:

• Visit Portsmouth’s beautiful attractions

• Sunday 29th September

Where does it apply? All buses that start their journey within Portsmouth will be free to ride, but remember, this offer doesn’t include return trips from outside the city.

This free travel weekend is part of Portsmouth’s Bus Service Improvement Plan (BSIP) and a larger initiative to promote sustainable transport. By giving buses a try, you'll discover just how simple, affordable, and convenient public transport can be!
