Stagecoach West Scotland today announced that they are proposing service changes within their North Ayrshire and Garnock Valley to Glasgow network from December 2019.
The proposals will include improvements to express services operating between Ardrossan, Irvine, Beith and Glasgow as well as some changes to local services.
Customers will be able to review proposed changes from Friday 6th September 2019 online as well as provide feedback via a questionnaire.
Fraser Smith, Business Development Director, Stagecoach West Scotland said: "We've been working behind the scenes for some time to make some major changes within our North Ayrshire network. In order to ensure that we provide the best possible service for our customers, we're planning a range of network revisions from early December 2019. Changes to our express network will include a new off-peak express service between Irvine and Glasgow. Feedback from our customers is vital when making any changes to services, a survey has been set up on our website as well as being available on bus. In addition we will be hosting three public consultations in Saltcoats, Irvine and Beith."

All feedback and surveys must be provided by Friday 20th September 2019. During the consultation process, Stagecoach will consider all comments and make any amendments that will allow sustainable improvements to services. Details of the confirmed changes will be published in late September 2019 for implementation from early December 2019.
