Free shuttle buses to help communities enjoy South Ayrshire Fun Day

• Free Stagecoach shuttle buses will operate between Ayr town centre and the South Ayrshire Communities Fun Day on Saturday 16 May

• Shuttle services will run from Ayr Bus Station and Burns Statue Square to Ayr Academy and the Riverside Sports Arena

• Event supports community connection and accessible travel for local residents

Residents across Ayrshire are being encouraged to take advantage of free shuttle buses provided by Stagecoach Group to this year’s South Ayrshire Communities Fun Day this Saturday (16 May) at University Avenue in Ayr.

Stagecoach will operate complimentary shuttle services from Ayr Bus Station and Burns Statue Square throughout the day to Ayr Academy and the Riverside Sports Arena, helping make it easier for local residents, families and people working across South Ayrshire to attend the popular community event.

The free transport initiative forms part of Stagecoach’s ongoing commitment to supporting local communities and encouraging accessible, sustainable travel across the region.
