Fare Changes from Wednesday 1 November

On Wednesday 1 November some of our fares will increase, along with change to some tickets that are subsidised by the South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority. 

Single & Return Tickets

• Adult single (short journey) £2.40
• Adult return (short journey) £4.00
• Adult single (long journey) £3.20 £2.80 (discounted to the new Mayor’s Fare single price cap for tram)

You can check which fare applies to your journey by using the journey planner or using the Stagecoach bus app. Please note that single tickets and other 'Bus Only' products purchased on the Stagecoach app are not valid on tram services.

• Child (5-11 years) single £1.00, return £2.00
• Child (aged 11+ without a valid SY Zoom or Zoom Beyond card) £2.40-£2.80 (as adult fare)
• SY Zoom Card (Under 16 or 16-18) single £1.00, return £2.00
• SY Zoom Beyond Card (aged 18-21) single £2.00, return £4.00

DayRider

• Adult Tram Only DayRider £5.40 (or £5 when bought on the Stagecoach Bus app)
• Group Tram Only DayRider (upto 2 adults and 3 children) £11 (or £10.50 when bought on the Stagecoach Bus app)
• Tram Only Flexi 5 (5 x DayRider tickets) £20 only available on the Stagecoach Bus app

Weekly & Longer Tickets

Tram Only 7 Day MegaRider

• Adult £19 (£17.50 on the Stagecoach app, online or from a TSY kiosk)
• Child/Zoom Card £9 (£8.50 on the Stagecoach app, online or from a TSY kiosk)
• Family (upto 2 adults and 3 children aged 5-16) £39 (£36 on the Stagecoach bus app)

28-day MegaRider and MegaRider Xtra tickets are available online.
