In line with the latest government guidance, we've put in place further measures in England to help customers practice social distancing. This includes limiting the available seats on buses.

Face coverings are compulsory when using public transport in England and Scotland. In Wales you must wear a 3 layer face covering on public transport and put it on before travelling unless you are exempt. It is also now compulsory to wear face coverings when using indoor public transport hubs in England only.

Using the app

The  app is easy to use, once downloaded, make sure to set your location. Go to 'Buy', select MegaRider / Plus, add to basket and pay. When you're ready to use your ticket click activate. Then every time you board a bus show the driver your ticket, then sit back, relax and let us take you there. Your ticket will tell you how long you have left before you need to purchase your next ticket.

We understand using the bus can be a new experience for many, but our drivers are there to help answer any questions, making sure everyone gets safely from A to B!
