  1. The promoter is Stagecoach East Scotland (Registered in Scotland No. 26126), whose registered address is 10 Dunkeld Road, Perth, PH1 5TW
  2. Entry is not permitted for employees of Stagecoach Group or their family members, or anyone else connected in any way to the prize draw
  3. No purchase necessary
  4. Entrants must be aged 18 years or older
  5. The prize draw is open to UK residents only
  6. No further entries will be accepted after the closing date shown for each draw
  7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason
  8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw, and these terms and conditions, without notice, in event of circumstances outside of the promoter’s control
  9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this prize draw
  10. No cash alternative to the prize(s) will be offered. 
  11. The prizes are not transferable
  12. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  13. Only one entry will be accepted per person, per draw. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
  14. Winners will be chosen at random and the winner will be notified by Stagecoach or a third party as specified on the entry form
  15. Winners will be notified within the timeframe as specified on the entry form - if the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 working days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner
  16. The promoter or a third party as specified on the entry form will notify the winner as to when and where the prize can be collected
  17. The promoter’s decision in all matters related to the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into
  18. Any changes to the prize draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter
  19. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by UK law
  20. The winner may be asked to take part in promotional activity, including publicity photos.  By taking part, the winner agrees to the use of photographs or any reproductions of them for any advertising purposes, or for the purposes of illustrating any wording, and agree that the wording shall be considered to be attributed to them personally whenever their name is used.  The photographs may be used in official Stagecoach publications and publicity material, covering all media UK wide, including, but not limited to advertising on posters and bus graphics, annual reports, internal newsletters, PR, leaflets, advertisements, web site and the online photo library, with any reasonable retouching or alteration.  The winner will not be entitled to receive payment for any such use by us of their image or footage in which they appear.
  21. Stagecoach Group is compliant with the Data Protection Act.  Our policy is such that we will not pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent.  We'll only ever use your email address to send you details of updates, special offers and promotions.  You will be able to tell us not to send more emails at any time.
  22. Stagecoach accepts no liability for any losses or injuries suffered in connection with the prize
  23. By entering a prize draw, you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms
  24. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions will automatically render an entry void
